Moodle: Administration: Import Materials from Another Instructor's Course

The steps below outline the process of how an instructor of a course can import materials from a colleague's course.

To Import Materials from another Instructor's Course:

  1. Instructor A (the colleague providing the course content) will need to request a Blueprint Course (See Moodle: Blocks: CPS: Request a Blueprint Course) and import their course materials into that Blueprint Course. (See Moodle: How to Import All Materials into a Course).
  1. Once the content is in the Blueprint Course, Instructor A should manually enroll Instructor B (receiving the content) into the Blueprint Course using the "Guest Instructor" role. (see Moodle: Enrolling Extra Participants into Your Course).
     
  2. Instructor B then has two options:
