TeamDynamix: ITS Self-Service Portal - LSU Overview

The ITS Customer Self-Service Portal through TeamDynamix provides a single access point for the LSU community to interact with ITS, request services, or report an IT issue. The Self-Service Portal replaces numerous manual processes and applications previously used to receive and track IT tickets, while also providing you with more information about your requests.

The ITS Self-Service Portal can be accessed directly at itservice.lsu.edu, where you will be able to login with your myLSU credentials.

You can view your tickets in the Self-Service Portal, where you can see your recent tickets, provide comments, or track the status of your requests. See TeamDynamix: ITS Self-Service Portal – How to View and Update your Open Tickets for more information.
