Moodle: How to Overwrite a Course

To Overwrite a Current Course:

  1. Log in to Moodle and click the desired course to overwrite.
  2. Select Course Tools.

  1. Then locate the Simple Restore section of the page then click Overwrite current course.

  1. Search for and select the desired backup file that will be used to replace the current course.

  1. Select Continue to proceed with overwrite.
