This information is for the LSU Office Phones for the Baton Rouge Campus,  are supported by two Avaya S8800 Media Servers.
 

Eligibility & Order Procedures

Available To: LSU Faculty & Staff with an LSU Office Phone.     

Request Service: Submit aUNI Work Order Request.  (View instructions on filling out the UNI form.)

Authorization:  Have a University Budget Code & Use Work Order Type: NIVC - Voice.   

Delivery Time: Within 2 Weeks.
