Tableau Server - Request a New Server Site

You may use the following direct link in the ITS Service Catalog to provide the information needed to request a new Server Site:

To Submit a Tableau Server Site Request in TDX:

1. Log into https://itservice.lsu.edu/ and click Request a Service.

2. To submit an ITS Service Desk ticket, select the following categories in the Catalog: Software & Administrative Apps, then select Tableau.

3. Select the appropriate Service for the request you are making, and then click Request this Service at the top right.

4. Fill in the specific fields that are requested. In the Description box, add any additional information needed.

5. Click Save once. Tableau Server Admin will process the request accordingly.
