BeyondTrust: Installation Instructions

To Install Bomgar:

1. Go to ithelp.lsu.edu/login.

2. Enter your MyLSU credentials. If you do not have access to the site, contact your BeyondTrust administrator.

3. Click “Download BeyondTrust Representative Console” to download the installation file. You will need to select your OS on the Choose Platform option above it if you are not using Windows.

4. Run the file to install the program.
